計畫簡介:
本自然人機互動(Natural and Seamless Interaction)研究計畫,旨在探討未來物聯網及人工智慧系統的可能發展情境,及人們將如何與自動化的的設備進行溝通和互動,以強化工作環境的安全及舒適,並學習使用者的偏好模式來提升人員的工作效率及滿意度。我們特別開發了一個互動式意向編輯系統(Interactive Intention Programming),來顯示自動化系統內部的運作情形,並提供使用者介入進行偏好編輯及功能配置。同時,我們也設計了以LED燈為主的設備資訊顯示裝置,可以與設備進行配對並任意擺設在活動環境中,來呈現機器及系統運作的狀態。這個小巧的實體燈座,讓人們不需要時時盯著螢幕追蹤數值的變化,可以自然地從其LED燈所顯示的不同燈形模式,了解系統或設備的狀態;使用者可以直覺地解讀設計造型中所隱含的語意表現,並做出所需的回應。當一切運作正常時,使用者可以知道全盤都在掌握中;當系統有特別建議或需要特定的資訊時,LED燈將展現動態變化,搭配使用者身上的穿戴式裝置所提供觸覺回饋,將可以引導使用者取得系統或某設備所發出的請求,回覆所需的訊息或檢查系統的狀態。我們預期這種善用人們感官知覺能力的溝通設計,將可以提供人與自動化系統間良好而自然的互動體驗。
